Read this before you start
- A new version of the Norwegian Food Composition Table will be released in March 2012. This will probably cause some disturbance/downtime. Information about downtime will be published in advance on matportalen.no and matvaretabellen.no.
- All table values represent 100 g edible food.
- Table values are general levels of nutrient content.
- If the table value is 0, the nutrient is not detectable.
- A dash (-) indicates a missing value.
- Searching by food group is recommended.
- Read User tips (menu below).
More information
Use the food list to look at food items from different food groups or different searches.
Add food items to the list by checking the box next to the food name in the left column and click on Add selected food items to Food list.
