Sources of protein include meat, fish, and dairy products.
Includes alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and spirits.
Includes saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as trans fat and cholesterol.
Includes vitamin C and a range of B-vitamins, such as folate and cobalamin (B12).
Includes vitamin A (retinol and beta-carotene), vitamin D, and vitamin E.
Includes phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium, salt, and sodium.
Includes iron, iodine, copper, zinc, and selenium.
